Played against an NP that did that same build. Maxed Q and W, didn't skill treants, got stats instead and ganked constantly. He called it the "Battle Mode" build. Yea, we lost that game. This was about 2 patches ago though. Don't know how good that would work now.

Yea, that's one way I used to deal with him. Now I get Orchid+Hex or just outfarm the shit out of him and build up so much DPS that he becomes afraid to gank me after a while.

Next time actually read my post instead of jumping to conclusions.
I didn't say that it was his responsibility to pay shipping nor did I say that he did anything wrong. In my initial message I asked him how I could pay for the return shipping label because there wasn't an option on Ebay to do so but he ignored all of my messages. If the buyer is ignoring all of my messages asking how I could pay the shipping for him anybody's next logical question would be to ask them if they're paying for the shipping. In all actuality, the buyer didn't know how I could pay for return shipping either which is why I decided to come to /r/Ebay and ask. Also, saying that someone is being difficult doesn't not mean that they're wrong it just means that they're being difficult.
If you actually knew how to proofread you would see that I already sold an item to the buyer previously. My sister, who also sells on Ebay, made a mistake and used my shipping label on one of her packages. So yea, the buyer is returning the item because he already got the item that he ordered from me. I sold him a Gameboy Advance bundle. The package that my sister sent him, which he didn't order and that he is returning, was a handbag.

The method of shipping was USPS so I'll just use Stamps.com. Thanks man. This guy demands that I send him a return label and says that its not his responsibility to pay shipping but anytime I ask him HOW to he ignores my message. Then if I ask if he's paying for shipping he gets an attitude, lol. Some people are difficult for no reason. Anyway, I appreciate the help.
