You can still farm a midas and TP in to help your team during teamfights. It's not that difficult. Also if it takes you 20 mins. to farm a midas you're doing it wrong.

The old app showed what songs people listened to too though. What Spotify does is take features away that shouldn't be removed in the first place, adds them back in later updates then makes people think they're improving features. No, they're not. The activity feed is just back to the way it was before.

I always start off with a positive attitude. I'll buy wards, buy/upgrade courier, say "gl hf" and encourage my teammates but if someone is being an outright dick I won't hesitate to tell them to fuck off. After that I usually mute them so they can't get the last word in and report them. If I'm playing with a party (which are dicks 95% of the time) and I see them being assholes to each other at the start of the game I'll just mute them. I should probably give them a chance but when you play this game enough you recognize the signs that someone is an asshole. I'd rather mute them right then and there and get it out the way.
I do agree with you that it starts to become annoying having to do that almost every game so I'm looking for another game to play right now. If I don't find one then I'll just stop gaming altogether like I did before I found out about Dota.

Signed in just to say this. I left Spotify for Rdio about a month ago and so many of the simple things that Spotify can't get right or doesn't want to get right Rdio just knocks out the park. Rdio's Desktop App could use some improvement but honestly I don't have much of a problem with it. I listen mostly on my phone or Roku anyway so no big deal.

I'm listening to a playlist that I converted from Spotify to Rdio and I'm hearing songs I haven't heard in AT LEAST a year. My ears feel refreshed right now. Finally, a program with a real shuffle that doesn't play the same 10-15 recurring songs all the time.

You guys should really put this type of information in a faq or something.
Anyway, I just converted 2 of my Spotify playlists to Rdio and it picked up most of the tracks surprisingly (over 1,000+). This thread gave me the extra push I needed towards finally making the switch to Rdio Premium. What also prompted me to make the switch was them finally upgrading that buggy desktop app that they had before. It's running smooth as butter right now.
